General Terms and Conditions - I love Southeast Asia (ILSEA)

Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposit

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the ILSEA Bangkok Ladies Trip.

Your booking is not confirmed until deposit payment has been received in cleared funds.

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to departure.

Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of all monies paid.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars per person.

Prices are based on minimum group numbers and current supplier pricing at time of publication.

ILSEA reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to confirmation in the event of significant supplier increases, airfare changes, currency fluctuations or government-imposed charges.

Once deposit is received, your package price is locked.

3. Cancellations by Guest

Deposits are strictly non-refundable.

If you cancel after paying your deposit, all monies paid are forfeited.

If you cancel after final payment, no refunds will apply.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance at time of booking.

4. Changes by Guest

Any requested changes after booking confirmation are subject to supplier approval and may incur additional fees.

Airfare changes after ticketing are subject to airline rules and penalties.

5. Minimum Numbers

This departure requires a minimum number of guests to operate.

If minimum numbers are not met, ILSEA reserves the right to cancel the departure.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by ILSEA prior to confirmation of services, all monies paid will be refunded in full.

6. Flights

Flights are included as specified in your itinerary.

Airfares are subject to airline terms and conditions.

Once tickets are issued, they are governed by the fare rules of the airline.

ILSEA is not responsible for airline schedule changes or disruptions beyond our control.

7. Accommodation

Accommodation is based on twin share unless otherwise specified.

Guests booking solo will be paired with another solo traveller where possible. While every effort will be made to match guests appropriately, ILSEA cannot guarantee roommate compatibility.

A single supplement is available at an additional cost for guests who prefer their own room, subject to availability at time of booking.

In the event a guest cancels and their cancellation results in an odd rooming configuration, ILSEA will manage rooming arrangements accordingly. Guests who remain on the departure will not be required to pay an additional single supplement as a result of another guest’s cancellation.

Hotel selections are subject to availability at time of confirmation.

8. Travel Insurance (Mandatory)

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests travelling on the ILSEA Bangkok Ladies Trip.

Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of booking or shortly thereafter and must provide adequate cover for, at minimum:

• Medical expenses and emergency evacuation
• Trip cancellation and interruption
• Personal liability
• Luggage and personal effects

ILSEA can arrange travel insurance on your behalf; however, you are under no obligation to purchase your cover through us.

If you choose to arrange your own policy, a copy of your Certificate of Currency (COC) must be provided to ILSEA no later than 30 days prior to departure.

Failure to provide proof of adequate travel insurance may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

ILSEA accepts no liability for loss arising from failure to obtain sufficient travel insurance coverage.

9. Responsibility

ILSEA acts as an organiser of travel services and contracts with independent suppliers.

While every effort is made to ensure services operate as planned, ILSEA accepts no responsibility for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.

10. Force Majeure

ILSEA is not liable for events beyond our control including but not limited to natural disasters, airline cancellations, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
